​Hugo is a provider of care, support and accommodation for people with additional needs and requirements. We support people who have a range of needs in relation to conditions such as ASD, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions.

 

We provide care, support and supervision under a Supported Housing model. This means that those eligible to be funded by a combination of housing benefits under an ‘exempt accommodation’ rate, and potentially social care support funded by the relevant local authorities, can benefit from our services.

 

We support people who are ready for a step-down from Residential Care services for example, by providing and promoting a more independent way of living. We utilise over 15 years of experience, skills and knowledge to provide tailored, person-centred support, continuously developing our teams with learning and development opportunities to deliver care and support specific to your needs. We will continue to support you in ways that work for you, ensuring continuity and a seamless transition into your new accommodation & support service.

 

We provide accommodation in the heart of local communities, maximising opportunity and promoting community integration. Our accommodation is of a high standard and primarily consists of self-contained flats, ensuring a more independent way of living. We are local to town centres, educational establishments and religious establishments, providing access and endless opportunity to build and empower independent lifestyles, led by your personal needs and aspirations. We don’t just provide hope; we support you to make your dreams a reality.
